2. Eligibility
This website and our educational services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or over.
3. Educational Purpose
The Menopause Masters® Academy provides educational Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based learning designed to help women understand and manage the psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause.
The Academy is educational in nature and:
- does not provide psychotherapy
- does not provide medical treatment
- does not replace personalised assessment or treatment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Participation in the Academy or educational consultations does not establish a therapist–client, psychologist–patient, counselling or other clinical treatment relationship unless expressly agreed in writing under a separate therapeutic services agreement.
4. Consultations
Educational consultations are intended to discuss your circumstances and determine whether our services are appropriate.
Where individual therapy is more appropriate, alternative recommendations may be provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, Academy materials, graphics, downloads, videos, workbooks, audio recordings and course materials remain the copyright and intellectual property of DeVernon Psychotherapy unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

- share course access
- use any materials to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems
without prior written permission from DeVernon Psychotherapy.
6. Academy Access
Access to the Menopause Masters® Academy is licensed solely to the named purchaser and must not be shared.
Lifetime access applies unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be received before access to digital content or consultations is provided.
Where digital content is supplied immediately following purchase and you have expressly requested immediate access, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be affected in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
Refunds are governed by:
- the refund terms provided at the time of purchase; and
- your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Consultation appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the published cancellation policy.
