WHY THIS ACADEMY EXISTS

Menopause doesn’t just affect your hormones—it can affect how you think, work and feel about yourself.

Many women begin questioning their confidence long before they realise menopause could be playing a role.
– Brain fog.
– Poor concentration.
– Second-guessing yourself.
– Forgetting words.
– Feeling overwhelmed.
These experiences are common—but they are not a reflection of your ability.
The Menopause Masters® Academy combines evidence-informed menopause education with CBT-informed psychological education and guided self-help. It helps you understand how physical sensations, thoughts, emotions and behaviours can influence one another, while introducing practical strategies to support confidence, clarity and emotional wellbeing.
