Website & Clinical Disclaimer

Last updated: 10 July 2026

The information provided on the Menopause Masters® website, within the Menopause Masters® Academy, in downloadable resources, during educational consultations, and through associated webinars or materials is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Not medical or psychological advice

The content provided does not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological or other healthcare advice, diagnosis or treatment.

It should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalised assessment, advice or treatment from your GP, menopause specialist, mental health professional or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You should always seek appropriate professional advice regarding your individual health, symptoms, medication or treatment options.

Educational programmes and consultations

The Menopause Masters® Academy provides educational, CBT-based learning and practical self-management strategies.

Participation in the Academy, an educational consultation, webinar or other educational service does not establish a therapist–client, counselling, psychologist–patient or other clinical treatment relationship between you and DeVernon Psychotherapy, unless this has been expressly agreed in writing under a separate therapeutic services agreement.

Completion of a programme or consultation does not guarantee any particular result. Individual needs, circumstances, experiences and outcomes will vary.

Emergency and crisis support

Menopause Masters® does not provide emergency medical services, crisis intervention or emergency mental health support.

If you believe that you or another person is experiencing a medical emergency or is at immediate risk of harm, contact the appropriate emergency services without delay.

In the United Kingdom, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department. For urgent medical advice that is not an immediate emergency, contact NHS 111.

Accuracy of information

Every reasonable effort is made to provide accurate, responsible and evidence-informed information. However, medical, psychological and scientific knowledge continues to develop.

No guarantee is given that all information on this website or within associated materials is complete, error-free or current at all times.

Decisions and personal responsibility

You remain responsible for any decisions or actions taken in reliance on information provided through this website, the Menopause Masters® Academy, consultations or educational materials.

You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making decisions relating to your individual physical health, mental health, medication, treatment or wellbeing.
